To celebrate World Book Day, we invite you to pit your wits against our skull-thumping, brain-boggling

Book Quiz!
For the chance to win a wondrous bundle of books!!!

The competition will run from Monday 17th February to Sunday 8th March 2020.

Pick up a Quiz Entry Form from the Bookshop.

The winner’s prize will be a bundle of 8 children’s paperback books, to be chosen by Hart’s Books.

COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Entering the Quiz Competition
The Quiz Competition is open to children aged between 7 and 13 years.
You may only submit one entry to the competition. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
To enter the competition You should answer all the questions (20 in total)

Submit your entry to the Booksellers at Hart’s Books. Or you can also submit your entry by post. Send the quiz entry form to Hart’s Books World Book Day Quiz, Hart’s Books, 26 King Street, Saffron Walden, CB10 1ES

You must provide your name, age and also the name and contact telephone number of your parent or guardian.
We will only use this information in relation to the Competition (including checking your eligibility to enter it) and will not use it for any other purposes whatsoever. We will not keep this information for longer than is necessary for the operation of the Competition.
We must receive your entry by 5pm, Sunday 8^th March 2020. After this date no further entries to the Competition will be permitted.
Employees of Hart’s Books or their family members may not enter the Competition.

Getting consent from an adult
Submitting an entry to the Competition means that You accept these Terms and Conditions, which are the rules of the Competition. You should check with your parent or guardian that they are happy for You to enter the Competition based on these Terms and Conditions.

Picking the winner:
The winner will be the entrant with the most correct answers to the questions in the quiz competition.
If there is a tie, the winner will be chosen at random from the entrants with the highest number of correct answers.
The winner will be notified by phone on or before 30^th March 2020

If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The Prize:
The winner will receive a bundle of 8 children’s paperback books, chosen by Hart’s Books.
The prize cannot be exchanged or transferred and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other prizes.

Some other rules
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason
Your entry will not be returned to You.
The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: enquiries@hartsbooks.co.uk
The Promoter of the Competition is Hart’s Books whose address is 26 King Street, Saffron Walden, Essex CB10 1ES. Any complaints regarding the Competition should be sent to this address.
